Flush Door-Block Boards:
Solid core consists
of Block Board core bonded with crossband and face veneer constructed
along with provision of lock block on both sides. Finally finished with
commercial veneer or decorative veneer. The veneer can be of natural
and recomposed. As an option, the final finish can be of both side
laminated and painted or polished. Vacuum pressured as per IS : 401 for
every fibre of the wood to make the timber free from borer and to
strengthen the wood for durability. Wood is generally seasoned by the
help of kiln seasoning as per IS: 1141 and in the process, the moisture
is reduced to the standard requirement mentioned in the IS: 287.
Further bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, 100% boiling
water proof as per IS: 848, hot pressed at high temperature under
uniform pressure. Processed and finished on precision machinery keeping
the structure and dimension of the Flush Door, stable and perfect.
